Do I need to provide cleaning products?
We provide all the cleaning products and supplies needed for the cleaning, if you've any requests for Eco-friendly products we can also provide them as well.
What do I need to prepare for your cleaning services?
In order to make the cleaning as efficient as possible, please unclutter common areas such as floors, playgrounds, and random objects on couches, tables, bathroom floors, etc.
How much will your cleaning services cost?
Based on the size of your house and the type of cleaning needed we can provide you with an estimated quote, as well as an in-site quote for accuracy purposes, If you choose to keep our services in a monthly/biweekly/weekly basis we can also offer you a discount on your first cleaning.
How do I pay for my cleaning service?
After the cleaning is done and you're pleased with the results, you can proceed to make the corresponding payment by check, cash, credit/debit card, as well as any mobile payment apps: Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, etc.
Can I choose a specific time of day for my cleaning service?
You can choose the time of the day that works for you the best between the available open hours (8am - 5pm).
Do I have to be home when the cleaning team arrives?
You do not need to be home when the cleaning team arrives. A hidden key, lock-box code, or key at front desk will also work.
What services do you NOT provide?
At the current moment we do not provide Deep Carpet Cleaning, as well as Upholstery Cleaning and Outside Cleaning.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are properly insured and bonded.
What do I do with my pet while you are in?
We love pets! if they don't represent a threat for the cleaning team you don't need to do anything with your pet, otherwise we kindly advise you get them in their cage, or a room that will not be touched while the cleaning is performed.
